Does Singapore provide the U.S. with a healthcare alternative?

Fox Business Network‘s John Stossel spoke with an author, who discussed the healthcare system in Singapore. The country spends less, people live longer and, despite the government still being involved in healthcare, there is still somewhat of a free market system for consumers.
